Stoke-on-Trent, England
25th March 2011

Lightwood Games, developer of Word Search Party for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, is delighted to announce the imminent approach of a remarkable milestone for the game - the two millionth word search puzzle will be played in the next few days.

To celebrate the occasion, Lightwood will reward the player of the two millionth game with a $50 iTunes Gift Card (or equivalent value in the player's local currency). The competition is open to all users of the game, which is a free download from the iTunes App Store. The milestone is expected to be reached on Sunday 26th March, however increased interest due to the prize may mean the two millionth game will happen sooner.

Word Search Party is the world's first multi-user word search game and has proven extremely popular with iPhone and iPad fans around the world. It is currently among the top ten word games in 36 different countries. Users can play alone or compete against their friends to see who can find words more quickly, using Bluetooth or Game Center to connect devices for a fast-action showdown. The game features an ever-growing, user-generated library of word lists - currently more than 2,300 puzzles to choose from.
